Privacy Policy

AI in Human Hands is operated by Daniel Sommer. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how to get in touch about privacy questions.

Last updated: June 25, 2026.

Information You Choose To Share

AI in Human Hands collects information you choose to provide through contact forms, intake forms, reflection forms, feedback forms, cohort forms, and account-related pages. This may include your name, email address, organization, professional background, availability, questions, workshop responses, and communication preferences.

Contact form messages are used for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. Intake and cohort-related forms are optional and are used according to the context and consent provided when you submit them.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, organize cohorts, understand participant fit and scheduling, communicate about sessions and resources, support workshop follow-up, and improve future offerings. Information is not sold.

Optional contribution information is not collected through this website. If contribution options such as PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle are shared later by email, those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing

Information may be shared with co-facilitators when needed to plan, facilitate, or follow up on a cohort or workshop. For example, TypeWell intake responses may be shared with co-facilitators involved in that pilot. Information may also be processed by service providers that help operate the site and email system.

Testimonials are never displayed publicly unless public-use permission is granted and the testimonial is approved.

Service Providers And Analytics

The site may use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, code hosting, and related operations. Current services may include Heroku, Postgres, Zepto Mail, and GitHub.

The site does not currently use advertising cookies. Google Analytics or similar analytics may be added in the future to understand general site usage. If analytics are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technologies, and this policy will be updated as needed.

Retention And Requests

Information is kept as long as needed to manage inquiries, workshops, cohorts, records, and follow-up, unless deletion is requested or a longer retention period is required for legitimate operational reasons.

This site is intended for adults and professionals, not for children under 13.
